Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes may take longer.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Personalized items may need up to 2 extra business days.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of purchase within the US. Our products ship from our fulfillment partners overseas. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during peak holiday periods or severe weather.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days — you'll get tracking for each package.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at hetorialtd@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update the address only before the order ships. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
